Due to the nature of our products (research compounds), we do not accept returns for change of mind once an order has been shipped. However, you are fully eligible for a return, replacement, or refund if:

The customer is solely responsible for understanding and complying with the import regulations of their destination country. RedlineLabSE is not liable for packages seized, delayed, or destroyed by customs authorities. Orders affected by customs interventions are strictly non-refundable.
